Can I keep my current phone or fax number?

Yes. We can use the number you already have, or provide a new one. The monthly cost is the same either way.

Are there per-message or per-fax charges?

No. Voice mail messages are unlimited, incoming faxes are unlimited, and outgoing faxes to the 225 area code are unlimited, all for one flat monthly fee. The only extra is our low long distance rate on calls or faxes outside the area, when it applies.

How do my messages and faxes reach me?

Voice mails can be emailed to you automatically as MP3 attachments, and we can text you the moment one comes in. Faxes are emailed to you as PDF files. You can open both on any computer, tablet or smartphone, or forward them to a co-worker.

Can voice and fax really share one number?

Yes. The system detects fax calls within the first ring or two and receives them automatically, while voice callers reach you or your voice mail as usual.

Are there local usage fees?

Not for Baton Rouge customers. Because the system is run locally, there are no local usage fees.
