Computer Heaven offers a full line of services, either in-store or on-site for your convenience. From upgrades to Viruses we do it all! Below you will find a list of our most common services and their prices. If there is something you need done that is not on the list, please feel free to call us for an estimate.

In-store Service Prices

Diagnostic Fee - Computer Heaven's basic diagnostic fee. We will determine your problem and give you an estimate on repair costs. This includes Printer Diagnostics as well.	$29.99
General Labor - Anything not listed below will generally incur an hourly rate. In store repairs are broken down by half hour increments. 30 Minutes or less is only billed at half the rate listed. Most repairs generally do not exceed 2-3 hours worth of labor in severe cases.	$75.00

Hardware Installation, Basic- Simple hardware installs including but not limited to Modems, Sound Cards, Video Cards, CD-Rom and DVD Drives, Floppy Drives, etc.	$29.99
B.S.O.D. - Better known as the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Being terrorized by the BSOD? Let us bring your pc back to life. We will diagnose what the problem is and give you an estimate on what it will take to rid yourself of the problem.	$29.99
Motherboard Installation, Basic- Motherboard Installation. Hardware Install only. Does not include any software work	$37.50
Data Backup - We can back up your important data on to CD or DVD at your request. This price includes 1 DVD or CD worth of data up to 4.5GB. An extra half hour labor will be charged per additional DVD or per addtional 4.5GB.	$37.50
Hard Drive Test - Think your hard drive is failing? Let us test it for you. We will run our advanced diagnostics to determine the condition of your hard drive. We can find problems out now that may save you a lot of headaches and DATA LOSS in the future.	$37.50
Motherboard Installation, Advanced - Motherboard Installation including Windows Repair Install.	$112.50

Laptop Video Diagnostics - Having problems with your laptop's display? We can fix the problem. We work with an off-site company to repair video problems. If you decide to have the problem fixed, your diagnostic charge is applied toward the repair cost..	$69.99
Laptop Inverter or Backlight Service - If your display is very dim, it is usually an inverter or backlight.	$149.99
Laptop Power Jack Repair - This work is performed off-site. This covers disassembly of the laptop, removal of the bad jack, installation of the new jack, reassembly, and testing. Includes Parts and Labor.	$200.00
Replacement LCD Screen - Generally major display problems mean a bad LCD. All replacement LCD's carry a 30-day replacement warranty.	$379.99 and Up

Onsite Service

Unable to bring your computer to our shop? Need help setting up your new PC? Having problems wiring your home to network your computers? We can help!

A Computer Heaven technician can come to you and help you with your problem. The charge for onsite service is our standard labor charge of $75.00 per hour, and a travel charge of $45.00 per hour in transit. There is a minimum labor charge of one hour onsite.

Business Services

Computer Heaven also provides onsite services for local businesses. We can schedule regular technician visits for routine maintenance and service, and even provide on-call service (for an additional fee). Contracts can be set up for month-to-month, or for a longer term to protect you from any possible rate changes.

Additionally, Computer Heaven makes available Net Terms accounts to qualified businesses. Stop by the store for an application.
